PLEASE NOTE: If you already own a Kidzone product, please have the model number and Product Registration Code (located on the warranty card) available at the time of your call.

Please note that purchases made before the end of Dec, 2020 may not get warranty card inside the packages, if your product is found defective or has missing parts, please call our Customer Service at +1 800-946-6151, Monday - Friday 6:00 am PST – 4:00 pm PST or email us at manufacture@kidzonetoys.com.
