Use the + button to stock-up on your favorite items, or the – button if you've selected too many. If you want to remove an item completely then click the x button.
Go to your account, select the order that you want to cancel. You can choose to cancel individual items or the whole order. We will send you an email to let you know if the cancellation worked.
Once the order is processed for shipment, you will not able to cancel the item. Once you receive the item, contact our Customer Service team and they’ll do the rest.
All items purchased on kidzonetoys.com enjoy free ground shipping by FedEx, or USPS. It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to prepare the shipment.

Our customer care team will initiate a Return authorization. Once we receive your product, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.
