With good maintenance, a healthy battery can last for years! For optimal battery health, keep it fully charged, even when not in use. But, remember overcharging may lead to damage. A fully charged battery can last up to 2 hours on a single charge.

Once you activate the remote, the steering wheel that enable independent riding will be automatically locked, giving you total control. Maneuver the ride-on to enjoy playtime with your kid while ensuring safety.

Assembly time is approximately 20-30 minutes. Each ride-on has its own set of simple steps that can be easily done with the provided instructions.

With your Bluetooth device in pairing mode, turn on the ride-on and select "Kidzone Ride On” on your device after it’s detected.

Log into your account, and you may see each individual order that you’ve placed with us. Select one that you want and you’ll be provided with all the details you need about the order.
Once your order is on the way you will receive a notification email.
If you don’t have the account, you will also receive a notification email once your order is processed.

Go to your account, and select the order that you want to cancel. You can choose to cancel individual items or the whole order. We will send you an email to let you know if the cancellation worked.
Once the order is processed for shipment, you will not be able to cancel the item. Once you receive the item, contact our Customer Service team and they’ll do the rest.
